The University Club offers rooms for all kinds of events. In the largest hall, the Wolfgang Paul Hall, meetings, congresses or festive events can be held with up to 250 people, depending on the seating. In five other rooms - named after the Bonn professors Josef Alois Schumpeter, Paul Martini, Ernst Robert Curtius, and Ernst Friesenhahn - there is space for up to 110 people, depending on the size and seating. All rooms are equipped with the appropriate media technology as required.

The University Club's in-house restaurant offers a large selection of menus, buffets, cannapees, etc. to cater for conference participants. In addition to the foyers, the Bistro Luigi Pirandello and the Niebuhr-Stube are also suitable as rooms for entertaining.
